Water Conditions: Poor for now but will get better when flows stabilize

Water flow is constant 20 CFS as of 1/29.
Very cold water temps early then coming up a little midday.

Fishing Conditions and =2 0Hatches: Good

We don't recommend fish at this low of flow.
The warmer weather should bring some increased flow hopefully.
