The Hatchery is still closed, and the stocking schedule has yet to be released to the public, with that being so, it is still a great place to get out early in the mornings and get after some technical trout fishing. Euro-Style tight lining seems to be the hot ticket out there, and if you have any questions regarding Euro nymphing please reach out to us at the shop. This week has weather averaging in the 90s, so the terrestrials are going to be in full force. Beetles, Ants, and cricket patterns are a fun way to utilize a dry dropper situation. 6x or 7x will never hurt, and a longer leader than your average 9.5 footers will also help with your success.
