Wildhorse Covered in Unsafe Ice

Wildhorse Reservoir is covered with unsafe ice, but South Fork still has open water and had been fishing well. 12 to 25 inch fish are being caught 25 to 30 feet from shore.
 
Recommended Flies:
Olive or Black and bruised balanced leeches
Black or brown leech
Black or olive wooly or crystal buggers
snowcones and other chironomid patterns 4 feet under indicator
Red Copper Johns
snail patterns
