The Crooked River has been fishing well. We have primarily been nymphing and scuds, zebra midges, rainbow warriors, leeches, and eggs with the whitefish spawn going should be high on your list. We prefer dry-dropper setups over indicator fishing on the crooked for a more subtle presentation. As always, swinging streamers and small buggers around always accounts for catches on the Crooked.
