Trollers running Rapalas or Sierra Spoons around 30 ft are picking up fish. Anglers seeking cutthroat trout at Prosser Creek Reservoir should focus their efforts near the inlets. Water temps hover in the mid 50s°F. Best times remain early and late. Current lake level is around 100% capacity.
