The West is still fishing pretty well with eggs and crawlers for the bait folks, Mepps and Rooster tails for the lure anglers and the fly anglers are doing the best with hopper/dropper rigs. The best area seems to be up in the North part of the canyon, closer to the town of Walker though there are some fish being caught in the Pickle Meadow area as well.
