The flows on the West have come down to around 400 cfs and I expect it to keep going down. As it does the fishing should start getting good up there! I would try some spinners like Panther Martins and Blue Fox lures or for bait try power eggs, salmon eggs and crawlers. When it comes down a bit more the fly anglers should start having some success with hopper/dropper rigs as well.
