Struggling to catch fish

The East is running at about 156 cfs today. It sounds like the action on the California side of the EW has become quite a bit tougher than it had been, we've been getting quite a few reports from anglers who are struggling to catch fish any decent numbers of fish. This doesn't seem to be the case on the Nevada side of the border as we've been getting some very good reports from that side. Lots of good stories coming from both the Sceirine and Rosachi sections lately. Some of the flies being reported that have been having some success include: zebra midge, pats rubber legs, micro stone, twisted caddis, buckskin caddis, micro mayfly, darth baetis, silver streak.
