It's always great to take out the old clients, the ones you've taken out season after season, especially the ones that can fish. I've taken Bob out for awhile now, gotten to know him a bit. The old boy can tell some good stories, throw a tight loop, all while cracking some jokes at the same time. Good stories, like trying to keep up drinking with the late Andre Puyans on a week long trip on the Henry's Fork.

Andy liked his scotch filled to the rim in a coffee cup on ice. If they've been fishing for awhile, like Bob, they'll have some cool flies in their boxes from trips with other guides. I got one from Bob a few years back and fish it on the back of my streamers now, it works. The fishing is good, we ripped some lips on the Nevada side of the Truckee River this morning.
