Conditions on the Lower Owens can hardly be better, but fish in the morning before it's too hot

Water Conditions: Great, the Flows at 125 cfs as of 8/2.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: With the flows down even more now, to pretty much mid winter levels it's not going to get any better than this. Keep a watchful eye for ticks and tuck your pants into your socks.

Fishing is best in the early morning before it really starts getting hot.
