There are still some Crowley fish in the Upper Owens but that number is getting smaller by the day

Water Conditions: Good as of 1/6 the flows are consistent at about 82 cfs. There is packed snow on the ground. 4X4 okay on main road but don't go trail blazing. The tow bill is staggering, especially for Hummers that "can go anywhere".

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good there are still some big Crowley fish being caught mostly up by Long Ears. Flows remain at nice levels for wading.
