Bridgeport has been excellent this past week, lots of trolling, bait fishing and fly fishing. Some anglers are reporting 40 and 50 fish days, lots of fish in the 1 to 2 pound range with some going as much as 5 pounds. Power bait and crawlers have been good, trolling with needlefish and Rapalas, and the fly anglers are using leech patterns and midges like rojo midges, zebra midges and ice cream cones.
