Consider this your notice to get here now! We have enjoyed several weeks of outstanding steelhead fishing on the Klamath River capped this week by a large annual father son trip that was our most successful ever. Showers are in the forecast which should bring even more fish upstream if that is possible! We also have had a few last minute cancellations at the spectacular Scott River Lodge which we are offering at a special rate.

November 7-9th Masters on the Spey Workshop (1 rod) $1436 (20% off)
November 11-13th (two rods) $1099 (30% off)
November 14-16th (1 rod( $1436 (20% off)

These trips include three days of guided steelhead fly fishing on the Klamath River. Weekends trips feature four nights of lodging, Thursday through Sunday while midweek offerings include three nights of lodging, Monday through Wednesday. Incredible meals for your stay are provided by the fantastic Scott River Lodge chefs. Guides will supply all of your terminal tackle, including flies and fishing rods by request. All you and your partner will need to bring is a fishing license and steelhead card, waders and boots, and we can take care of the rest!

These dates are prime time to enjoy fall steelhead fishing at its peak with the comfort and luxury of the magnificent Scott River Lodge. Whether you prefer to swing classic wets and dries with two handed rods, or utilize trout nymphing techniques, there may be no better place to develop steelhead skills as the action on the Klamath this time of year is outstanding. Catch rates are exceptional for both trout sized half pounders and adult steelhead that typically run two to five pounds with about ten percent of fish in the five to twelve pound range.

The Scott River Lodge is an amazing retreat nestled on the banks of the incredibly scenic and remote Scott River. This full service facility caters to the most discriminating anglers, perfect for small groups of six to twelve. The lodge is ideally situated eleven miles upstream from the mouth of the Scott River, midway between Happy Camp and Irongate Reservoir affording over 75 miles of water to fish along the Klamath where we seldom encounter other anglers. After drifting on the legendary Klamath, and casting for its famed steelhead, guests relax by the stone fire place with a favorite beverage, surrounded by fine western art and Native American artifacts or relax on the deck and enjoy the river view. The lodge features a stunning grand room overlooking the river, deluxe guest rooms and suites with televisions, a quiet library, phenomenal dining and internet connections. The lodging is double occupancy with two guests per guide.
