Walker River Outfitters

The Miracle Mile is still kicking out a few fish. Most trout are coming on small midges and BWO nymphs. Overcast days can bring some decent fish to the surface for BWO emergers and duns. The browns will also get more aggressive to streamers as they prepare to spawn late in October and early November. This is the time of year to break out the egg imitations as well. Below the bridge you'll find fish eating the same bugs as the upper river just be sure to concentrate on the areas of river that have at least 2-3 feet of depth. River flows remain near the minimum level.
