Report: As the weather warms and the days get longer, Hat will be a good option to check out. With this warm weather, April will be a good month to check out the shallow riffles below 299 looking for an early stonefly hatch, the Salmonflies and Goldens. PMDs and Caddis will also be making their appearance soon, so keep this on your radar. We would also like to take this chance to remind folks who fish the Powerhouse 2 riffle that the wild trout spawn in this section. Use caution to stay off of any redds and let the fish do their thing so we have a healthy fish population.
