Report: Temps at the Delta gage just above the lake continue to remain below 65 F. Fish up top are definitely eating October Caddis cased nymphs. The Posse Bugger can be a good fly for that along with the good ol' Rubberlegs. Expect to see more lake fish traveling upstream to head to their spawning grounds, you can get them on streamers. The other flies to have now on the Upper continue to be Zebra Midges in #18 or smaller, BP Weiss nymphs, black S&Ms, black Micro Mays and any other teeny, tiny nymph chucked into the frothy stuff is the best tactic during the day. Towards dark you can head hunt with smaller dark Missing links and Adams. Always have Rubberlegs, Perdigons, BP Weiss Nymphs, Poopahs, Zebra Midges and Bird's Nests to round out your offerings.
