The fishing on the river in Nevada has been great. The flows are starting to be somewhat of an issue as run-off is starting. There is another cold front moving in and it could slow down the thaw for a few more days. Streamers such as Stanley Streamers, Sculpzilla's and Bandit leaches are catching fish. For Nymphing, try Poxyback Stones, Mighty may Baetis and Gold Bead Bird's Nests. This is a really important time of year to check the flows before you make plans to fish the Truckee.
