East Walker fishing slowed because of the change in flows, fishing should come back soon

Water Conditions:
Fair flows at 376 cfs as of 8/4.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Fair flows were up to 700 a couple of days ago, and now back down to ~375 again starting 8/3. Fishing was tough the last couple of days but should pick up again after the fish adjust to the lower flows again.

The bugs are ruthless! Bring LOTS of deet!
