The flows on the West have come down to around 220 cfs now and the action has started to pick up a bit up there. We've had some decent reports from anglers throwing spinners like Panther Martins and Blue Fox lures as well as from anglers throwing bait like mini crawlers and salmon eggs. It's about time for fly anglers to start fishing hopper/dropper rigs up there as well.
